Wah!! All my meno symptoms have escalated with the chemical menopause and I feel dreadful! I wish you nothing but empathy, co-regulation and a ton of chocolate 🥰

It takes over your life. It’s the tiredness I can't take. I've just had a relaxing holiday, alcohol free, nice walks, hot tub, 8 hour sleeps, sunshine. I'm absolutely knackered 😴

Oh your holiday sounds wonderful but sorry to hear it wasn’t as restful as you needed it to be. Do you like yoga nidras? Kate Codrington has some great free ones here:

Menopausal rage is real. No fun. I felt that more in my mid/late 40s with the erratic menstrual periods and hormone fluctuations. No fun. It does get better. The estrogen too a nose dive for me around 51 and anxiety hit and panic attacks out of nowhere. I didn't know about it. I thought I was dying. I think hrt would've helped, eventually I was able to get on that. Just an FYI. So many women don't know about that part of menopause, the medical community for woman health care needs to change. At least where I am in the US

Mine all started mid to late thirties so I was told I was “too young”. It’s awful, isn’t it? I’m sorry you had such a hard time. Thank goodness you got on HRT when you finally did!

I'm glad I did too. Women's health care is lagging in my country
